The MicroBottler

All machines are modular in design and can be configured to your needs and run on a low current, 120/240 VAC, 50/60Hz power supply.

The MicroBottler is a Four head counter-pressure filler. It uses a tote system to move four bottles through machine at once. It can fill and close up to 10, 12oz (355ml) bottles per minute.  The base machine comes with Air or CO2 for slide movement and CO2 for bottle purge.  The machine is mounted on a roll around stand with locking wheels. The MicroBottler is also available as a gravity, or pump feed machine. 

In-line Bottle Closers Modules: Bottle closers in various styles can be mounted on the machine in line with the fill section.  Crown Caps (pry off or twist off), Twist off/on Safety Cap single hand pneumatic closer, and the Four Position Twist off/on Safety Cap Automatic pneumatic closer.  Corking is also available.

Options Include Bottle Wash Systems and the MicroRinse Exit side Rinser and Air Blast.

The All-in-One

All machines are modular in design and can be configured to your needs and run on a low current, 120/240 VAC, 50/60Hz power supply.

The All-in-One Machine includes modules for bottling and canning on one machine. This machine comes with the roll around stand, Bottle Crown Capper, Pre-Purge, Can Seamer, three totes for bottles and four totes for cans. It uses compressed air or CO2 slide movement.

Gravity Filler

Our Gravity Fill Benchtop machine can bottle non-carbonated beverages and syrups from 1 ounce to 1 gallon in volume.

The Gravity Filler features 4 Auto-height compensating fill valves and 3 Bottle totes (your choice of bottle size). Capping options are: Crown pry-off and twist off caps – Wine and Belgian corks, T-corks, and Plastic and metal twist/spin caps. Rated up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

The DKanner

The DKanner is a four head counter-pressure filler and single station seamer for Crown 202 cans with LOE lids. It uses tote system to move four cans through machine. It can fill and seam up to 10, 12oz (355ml) cans per minute. The base machine comes with Air or CO2 for slide movement and CO2 for can purge. The machine is mounted on a roll around stand with locking wheels.

Options include can washer, lid presenter and MicroRinse Exit side Rinser and Air Blast.
