We are excited to join the USACM in Chicago for CiderCon February 6-8th! Craft cider is an exciting and growing industry that we are proud to be a small part of. We look forward to meeting even more cider makers and helping them bottle, cap and cork their ciders with the MicroBottler.
How much do you know about cider?
Cider flavor options have really expanded in recent years. Some local New York apple growers and Cornell University are exploring the unique flavors of European and heritage apples, going to great lengths to reinvigorate old trees, graft and grow new stock to preserve these varieties.
Golden Russet, an heirloom American sharp apple, Calville Blanc, a French sharp, and Medaille d’Or, a classic French bittersweet are all varieties being grown and tested at Cornell University’s orchards. Want to learn more? Here’s an interesting article from Good Fruit Grower.
We are lucky to have some awesome cider makers locally near our shop in Fort Edward, New York. Including Slyboro Cider House at Hick’s Orchard. Have you picked a bottle to go recently? They should have some great Ice Harvest cider this winter!
Visit us at booth 813 to check out our MicroBottler for cider, as well as wine, beer, coffee, kombucha, and more. See our brand new option, the Pre-Purge, which decreases dissolved oxygen in packaged products even lower than our standard MicroBottler. This option can be ordered with a new system and added on to existing MicroBottlers. We have a SHOW SPECIAL on our products you won’t want to miss. And North Star Leasing is offering a great offer – low down payment and no payments for 3 months. Ask us about all of this greatness going on!
